Fungicide Treatments on Spring Wheat:
A Post-Flowering Option?
Knowing the (1) weather conditions at flowering, (2) crop
rotation, and (3) variety of wheat grown are all key
factors in making an informed decision about a fungicide
application.

Establishment of Alfalfa
Planting new stands of alfalfa during the late summer
is an excellent way to establish alfalfa. Late summer
alfalfa seeding is not necessarily better than spring
planting, but it does provide another option that may
better fit your work schedule or rotational practices.
